Today Hubby is back to work and so am I! I am busy hooking wall hangings and editing photos for my portfolio. Yesterday I took time out from hooking to take the photos. I figured I’d better do that before delivering said wall hangings to the shop for sale!
I finished my canning for the season I think. I might put more up in the freezer. We have enough jams, jellies, relish, and applesauce to last the year. Pickles and salsa might be another thing altogether. I may need to make more come spring. But I can always make refrigerator pickles. And I have a shortcut for making a good salsa too. 🙂 I am an Epicure fan and use their Poco Picante salsa seasoning with diced tomatoes.
Next up is drying herbs! And rug hooking! 🙂
