About me

I have been immersed in fiber from the time I was a young child.  My interest was fostered by my grandmother throughout my childhood and into my adult years.

I spent time exploring the world of painting after I graduated from the University of Alberta, and was re-introduced to fiber by Lucille Roxburgh of Calgary, Alberta when she taught me to hook in 1985.  Since then I have experimented with different techniques and fibers.   I love color and I love texture.  I invite the viewer to touch and explore with me.

I have exhibited across Canada and in the USA.  In  2012 I became a juried member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council and started selling my work.  I left the Council in 2018 because we moved across country.
